I've had this insurance for a few months in anticipation of a vet appt I had set for my 2 cats to get a yearly check-up. With the coverage that I chose, $490 of my $526 bill was reimbursed and direct deposited into my account the same day as the vet appointment. The process of submitting a claim was super quick and easy! 5/5 stars and I really think it's worth having.
