Panny is coming home!
Celia & Hazel are Hexclad customer service rockstars. I’m so grateful to cross their paths! Our 8” pan, Panny, had chips! They’re quick to respond & resolve, worked with warranty even though they hold customer service positions, treated me like royalty, & took ownership of the task! Yesterday, I was just showing our 20 year old daughter that sometimes you have to go through hundreds of steps to get the task done, & you keep going. We were getting her registered for college, & coming home to cook stroganoff in the big Hexclad pan, Big Boy. It was a lot. I told her sometimes it takes this many steps & sometimes it doesn’t, & it’s just easy. Today, not only do we have our beloved Panny coming back to us, but I get to tell our daughter that it was easy peasy thanks to your team and company! That’s the stuff that matters & I could not be more proud to be a part of the Hexclad family!! Thank you for the excellent cookware products, but more importantly thank you for being who you are. This is no ordinary love!
