Our Surabaya → Bangkok direct flight was cancelled by LionAir. Airpaz did NOT inform us. We found out ourselves 1 DAY BEFORE THE FLIGHT through an insider at Bangkok Airport. We paid €600+. After making us wait 3 MONTHS the refund is only an Airpaz voucher, AND Airpaz deducted €50 from it. So the airline cancels our flight, Airpaz fails to notify us, we wait 3 months, and then we’re left with a reduced voucher with only ONE YEAR validity period instead of our money. as EU citizen who has no plan to travel back to south east asia within one year, this just means that the money is gone what a scam - Booking code/ PNR : DWEIIN - Ticket number: 3102162815884 - Ticket number: 3102162815885
