Extremely Disappointing Customer Service
I would strongly caution anyone considering Try Eden. My experience with their billing and customer service has been extremely frustrating. My prescription automatically renewed and I was charged hundreds of dollars. The prescription has still not been dispensed or shipped, yet when I contacted customer service and asked them to cancel the order, they refused. I find it completely unreasonable that I can be charged for a prescription that has not even been dispensed or shipped and then be told there is nothing they can do about it. I contacted them as soon as I realized what had happened, but they were unwilling to work with me or provide a reasonable resolution. This has completely changed my opinion of the company. A company should stand behind its customers and provide a reasonable way to resolve billing issues, especially when an order has not been fulfilled. If you are considering Try Eden, read every detail of the auto renewal and cancellation policy before signing up. I wish I had known how difficult it would be to resolve an unexpected charge. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
