I spent $400 on a ps5 and was extremely disappointed. The inside of the system that I can see without taking anything apart is caked in dirt and dust. The surface has these weird sticky spots scattered throughout the system. They also sent me a broken hdmi cord and I know this because I used my own and it worked instantly. They told me they strive for 5 star service but also mentioned they don’t clean the products they sell for 100s of dollars. THIS SYSTEM WILL BREAK IN A YEAR. DO NOT COME HERE 0.5/5 star service
