Update: Recieved new cable, which is same length, thus there is exactly the same problem. I cut a stopper ring, which was limiting the cable length and now the printer works as expected. The USB-C cable integrated into the Cable Box is too short. When I install the Cable Box according to the instructions, the mounting hooks and screw fit correctly. However, the USB-C plug does not reach the USB-C socket on the main body — it is approximately 5 mm too short. I tested this by leaving the Cable Box unsecured: when I move it approximately 5 mm closer to the main body, the USB-C plug clicks into the socket without any problem. However when i do it this way, the box is not "nice and flushy" with the base. So the issue appears to be that the USB-C cable between the Cable Box and the main body is too short.
