Great customer service in handling my issue and concern…
I had an issue where I had just signed up for a one-time shipment. Not a subscription but I was contacted by genalyn who explained how having a subscription has its benefits and I can always change the delivery date of my items and yet get discounts on so many good product that they offer. She even sent me an item to try for free I appreciate the quick response and the way my concern was addressed and handled. I decided to keep the subscription and work with this company as they have great customer service
