I had an excellent experience with the customer service team, especially with Carrie. She was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and attentive throughout our communication. She responded to my messages very quickly, took the time to listen to my concerns, and made sure everything was clearly explained. What I appreciated the most was the way Carrie treated me with respect and genuine care. Excellent customer service is not only about answering questions, but also about making the customer feel heard and valued, and Carrie definitely did that.
