Great, even when FedEx messed up!
The only downside to the experience was that an adult has to be home to sign for the packages, or you can go to pick it up at a nearby UPS/FedEx location (depending on shipping method). Not a big deal in itself, but when FedEx completely messes it up, not great. Fortunately, Flaviar's customer service was fantastic in helping take care of the issue.
