Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience. We booked a hotel through them for an event since the event was being organized by them. We reach the hotel after travelling the whole day just to find out that our reservation was cancelled. I had already paid, could not reach anyone in customer service because they had no phone number and no one responds to the emails. Ended up canceling and rebooking at a higher rate cause its a higher rate. Now will dispute the charges paid the, with the Credit Card company.
