Great customer service
The customer service is amazing. I've had my ring since 2024 and loved it but, I started having issues with my ring. Their help chat was simple and easy, they ran diagnostic test and got me in touch with a team member right away. The team member was helpful and gave a great solution. They answered all the questions I had and were super friendly.
