We started out with some skepticism given the reputation of on-line ticket consolidators and the woeful tales of community chat members, but in the end Forbes Whitlock secured the business class bookings we wanted at a reasonable discounted rate - not a crazy lowball rate - and all the requirements we listed: non stop flights, mileage eligible, complimentary lounge access, checked baggage included, etc. We have not taken the flight as of yet, but the flight is booked with the airline, as described. So we are pleased with the experience thus far.
