I’m so happy to be a Gardyn owner! When I got my second system, I was super excited to get it up and running. But, oh no, the lid had some cosmetic damage. I quickly sent an email to the Gardyn team, and guess what? They got back to me super fast, on the weekend, with kindness and offer to replace the lid at no additional cost! I’m not just a fan of the Gardyn system; it’s also a great learning tool for my grandkids, and it’s a healthy lifestyle my family really enjoys. Now that I’ve had such amazing customer service, I’m definitely a loyal customer going forward! Thank you once again, Gardyn team, for seeing a vision and bringing it to life for all of us to enjoy.
