Compré 3 pasajes de ÖBB a través de Rail Ninja por USD 183. Inmediatamente después de comprar, revisé Omio, donde el mismo tren costaba €21,89 por pasaje, y la página oficial de ÖBB, donde costaba apenas €19,90. Los 3 pasajes costaban, por lo tanto, €59,70 directamente con ÖBB. Me comuniqué inmediatamente para cancelar, pero en lugar de hacerse cargo de esta diferencia absurda, me dijeron que debería haber “leído lo que estaba comprando”. Si hubiera sabido que me estaban cobrando semejante diferencia, obviamente jamás habría comprado a través de ellos. Solo me ofrecieron USD 50 de reintegro. Me sentí completamente engañada y estafada. ⚠️ Revisen siempre Omio y, sobre todo, la página oficial de ÖBB antes de comprar en Rail Ninja. No recomiendo esta empresa en absoluto. I contacted Rail Ninja immediately to cancel, but instead of acknowledging this outrageous price difference, they told me I should have “read what I was purchasing.” If I had known I was being charged such an absurd markup, I would obviously never have bought through them.
