Customer Service was completely unhelpful
I have not had any issues with the caregivers that I hired from this site, however their customer service is not helpful. They were charging my card after I cancelled the membership. They tell me that the account was “closed” but the subscription was still active (??) so they were valid charges. Incredibly, when you contact them by email from their site they close the case as soon as they answer, so you have to start over to respond to them. It is incredibly frustrating, and a huge waste of time.
