Absolutely a nightmare experience
Absolutely a nightmare experience. I would strongly recommend not ordering from MDhair. I placed an order today, but accidentally selected the wrong product. I contacted their support within 2 minutes of placing the order to ask them to cancel it. They told me that the order had already been shipped and that I could return it later. I find this extremely frustrating. How can an order be shipped within 2 minutes, and why should I have to pay extra return costs for a product I immediately asked them to cancel? Very disappointing customer service and a terrible experience.
