I am still in the process of seeing the results. It’s been four / five times now that I have applied MdHair serum and shampoo. I liked the shampoo for some reasons it is very good and leaves hair feeling soft. It feels gentle also on the scalp. The serum seems to be working however I feel I will have to see the actual results only after 3-4 months of applying it. Overall, I do think I will continue as it seems to address the problem I have. The delivery was on time and I have been kept informed about the resources I can access, also the team of specialist whom I can approach with queries and advice.
I have used the MD Hair product line for 1 month now and I can already see changes in growth and how much healthier my hair looks and feels. I am confident I will continue to use this line indefinitely. It is such an easy routine to follow. I use the collagen powder, supplements, shampoo and the hair serum. My hair is super fine and I think several bouts with Covid and menopause resulted in higher hair loss than I was expecting. Firstly I was charged duty and exorbitant brokerage fees by UPS for a US to Canada shipment. When I escalated it their customer support bot it offered to credit against a future order. I declined and unsubscribed. What about the current order?
After one use I got contact dermatitis that lasted a week, in the ER with a rash all over my face, red puffy, itchy from forehead to neck and my eyes swelled shut.

I looked at a lot of different options before deciding on MDHair. I did not want to start on minoxidil (and have to stay on it indefinitely). I like the combination of a personalized treatment including shampoo, conditioner, scalp treatment and a supplement. I've only been on a couple weeks but have had no problems with any of the products, only slight adjustment to supplement. Especially pleased that scalp treatment has had a great impact on soothing scalp psoriasis I've battled for years! Ordering was easy, delivery quick and customer support readily available.

I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for about 3 weeks now and there is a noticeable decrease in shedding. I started using MD hair since my hair had started falling out quite a bit more rapidly than normal. I’ve only been using MDHair for about a month, & my hair shedding seems to be a lot less. I will see if that trend continues.

Absolutely a nightmare experience. I would strongly recommend not ordering from MDhair.
I placed an order today, but accidentally selected the wrong product. I contacted their support within 2 minutes of placing the order to ask them to cancel it. They told me that the order had already been shipped and that I could return it later.
I find this extremely frustrating. How can an order be shipped within 2 minutes, and why should I have to pay extra return costs for a product I immediately asked them to cancel?

So far, I’ve had a positive experience with MD Hair. I’ve noticed a decent amount of growth from the serum, especially around my temples, but hoping to see some improvement along my part.
The shampoo wasn’t a great fit for me, as I found it dried my hair out, so I’ve stopped using it. I’ve continued with the vitamins and serum and have been happy with the results so far.
Customer service has also been top-notch. They’re very responsive and quick to help with any questions or inquiries. Overall, I’m pleased with my experience and plan to keep using the serum and vitamins.

Long story short, I was on the gram saw the advert wanted to know how much costs would be to uk and next thing I’d signed up to a subscription and order the trail pack, still had no idea how !! User error I expect.
Within five minutes I’d contacted customers within minutes couldn’t stop the parcel but cancelled the subscription and would take package back when delivered (at my cost reason for four stars).
Have received refund and am very thankful.

Products I’ve been using, for the past 3 weeks, are the MD Hair serum, oil and shampoo.
I’ve already noticed a slight improvement and possibly less breakage.
I realise I need to be patient as I wait for full recovery after my multi - colour abuse. I will give it another couple of months to evaluate its full efficacy.
