Tried the product for £54.
The shampoo and conditioner left a sticky residue that took three washes to finally get rid of. My hair was dull and felt horrible. I sent feed back and confirmed it was subscription based so logged in and cancelled that. Today £125 payment has been taken with zero explanation as to why or what they were planning on sending. Customer service is appalling, being passed around between AI and human agents but getting nowhere. This practice of not warning customers of payments about to be called for has to stop. This is what makes them look like scammers.
I've sent additional information as requested. My review is 100% genuine. 7 emails later the latest is that as they've already shipped the goods, I'll have to wait for delivery and then return at my own cost and request a refund. Given that they are US based the initial delivery took a month, not impressed by that either. They now sent me two months worth of products that I'll probably bin because I usually don't return unwanted items.
TP don't have the option available for me to share my emails from this company but I've communicated with the "medical" team and Taylor in the last 48 hours. I've said to them in emails the exact words I've put in this review so they are being duplicitous which is exactly what I'd expect. I wonder how many I Kings they've dealt with in the UK this weekend. Pleeeese.

Beware! As other reviewers have said, even before you have chance to properly test the products they automatically renew your subscription at triple the price! The first you know is the money coming out your account. This is not stated on any email you receive, very underhand. Luckily much stronger legislation is coming in soon to stop cons like this!

I started to use their product to reduce hair shedding. I did not expect wonders but thought, with the money-back guarantee, the risk was low.
After two months of following the routine, I realized my hair had become thinner.
I reached out asking for my money back; the response was that I needed to use the product for 180 days and take a picture every month to get the money back.
After some back and forth, they agreed to refund the last shipment (which was for two months).
Then I got the final proof that they never even believed in their own product.
The original guidelines said I should expect some reduced shedding after 4-6 weeks.
After canceling, I got an email stating:"An increase in hair shedding is actually a sign that the treatment is beginning to work"

Not only did the product fail spectacularly. The customer ‘support’ consists of the same template questions, which when responded to, within 24hrs a template reply comes through stating they never received your answers. After the seventh attempt and 6months of using the product, I’ve given up on them. Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Started to suspect it was actually a scam. I’ll be looking out for others who have experienced similar.
Update… noting the reply from MD Hair asking to reach out to the same ‘support’ mailbox that failed before. I immediately emailed as directed. This unsurprisingly led to no response. Although I have had two adverts to rejoin their subscription. I will politely decline.
I’d also like to warn potential subscribers, to concentrate on reading reviews in which the customer has at least 4 months experience with this company. Not less than a month.

I must admit I haven’t started the collagen yet, but have been applying the topical and take the supplements daily. My problem was thinning in the crown area. It’s very impressive how quickly I see results. Hair looks fuller and new growth is coming in.
