Customer Service =Virtual Assistant
Today makes first week on product. Absolutely no follow up from their "medical" team, called several times and what I get are AI driven virtual assistants. Other folks using a different provider have been getting calls to check on their progress. I tried to cancel my subscription and mysteriously they can't confirm my birthday even though its on all the prescription bottles.
