They are committed to making you pay for more than you need

For years, I loved HB. But since you’ve implemented a bunch of changes, I'm forced to pay for a large number of features that I don’t even use. There needs to be more subscription options. I feel as though HB has actually abandoned the small business owners who used to use HB because of its unique and intentional subscription offers. It’s what made HB unique. The basic plan use to cover all of my needs. But because it only offers one active scheduler now, I am forced to pay almost double for a ton of things I don’t need or want. HB knows that it’s easier for loyal customers to just pay the obnoxious increases instead of moving CRM’s, so instead of honoring us, you’ve taken advantage and made what some of us actually need out of reach, so we can pay for all of the changes and “upgrades” that were made even though we are not the ones using them. The customer service is terrible, no one actually cares and only gives repetitive answers. No one actually asks “how could we make this better”. They’re professional stonewallers. And there’s no way to talk to someone on the phone. They could literally not care less. As a long time customer, I’ve never been more disappointed in a company’s lack of care for their loyal customers and their commitment to taking advantage of them. If HB actually cared about its customers, they would provide more subscription options that actually suit different business needs because at this rate you pay $35 for less than the most basic version used to come with, and have no choice but to pay for all of the features if you want more than that. You sell it as if there’s an in between, and there’s not. But there used to be, and it’s genuinely a disappointment.
