I was confused as to how to connect with a person. Once I clicked on the ‘chat’ and was informed I could talk to a ‘human’, I was connected to Justin. He was helpful in helping me with a minor tech issue and then submitted a request on my behalf to connect with someone regarding my account. He was efficient and effective.
