I request the immediate cancellation of my order and a full refund of the amount charged. I believed I was applying for the official UK ETA and was not clearly informed that an additional service fee of approximately CHF 200 would be charged. Please confirm in writing that my order has been cancelled and that the full amount will be refunded.
