First let me say that I have had issues with my hearing for at least 20 years. I have tried the Starky hearing aids, which had a price of $5,000 back in 2010, and they did not give me a good representation of what I thought would be a "natural" sound. The Nebroo 3.0 that I tried unfortunately gave me amplification but the sound quality seamed "tinny" sounding and not natural. I feel the 3.0 will be great with someone with a different type of hearing issues that are not like mine. I had the opportunity today to speak with Larry, from Nebroo customer service dept, who followed up with my inquiry about my order. This company has gone "above & beyond" to try and help me with my hearing problems to the point of upgrading my devices to a more intergraded pair of aids at no cost to me. This company truly cares about your hearing issues and not just trying to sell you a product. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, and of course Larry from customer service that I feel you find to be a delight to work with. He is very patient, listens to what you have to say, and more than willing to work with you to solve your hearing issues. All I can say is "GO NEBROO"
