Placed an order on 28th July with the lead time stating on the website 7-10 working days. It’s now been 19 working days and my item still hasn’t been posted. I’ve been back and forth with customer services to no avail. I was told it would be sent today (24th August) but unsurprisingly it hasn’t been. The item was ordered as a present which has now been and gone. So upset that I’m without my money or item and when trying to get a date from customer services the avoid the question. Now at a loss as to what to do with no item having paid for it.
