It was a mistake that I made that began this whole scenario. I asked you have my charges reversed as I didn't want nor have never used the program. It was one of those trying for 30 days for a $1.95 Auto renewal. Bring something didn't add up and determined it was good car charge. The charge was legitimate and legal according to the contract that I agreed to. I forgot all about it explain my situation they took care of me immediately and professionally. No I'm not using the app I can professionally endorse the company and their professionalism. You guys rock.
