Couldn't give less than 1 star or I would've given it negative 10. They replied to last review with more of those lies! Nobody has reached out to discuss my experience which is more like a nightmare. Claire or Clara dispatch rep sends same she is going on her weekend won't be office message and occasionally calls or texts to remind me they are idiots and still haven't assigned a carrier. Idk if they get more money for being liars or if it's natural. Stay away from driveway if you don't like dealing with incompetent fools and being ripped off . They have now RELISTED MY paid for car for sale on at least 7 sites including Lithia Hyundai of Fresno. They are all crooks. Beginning to wonder if they even have my car and what shape it will be in IF I ever get it. Such a blatant con. Karma is a ***** and hopefully you all get what's deserved for the countless ppl you've ripped off.

1st car payment due in less than 7 days and no car

Started the buying process Aug, 2026. Paid their $500 deposit to hold chosen car, which they did. Provided them with ins verification, copies of all financing paperwork they asked for. Then came time to do the contracts, they screwed up by omitting my co buyer, delayed it all but finally got paperwork done and sent I got it notarized and returned with full payment of $24343.07. Dispatcher reached out to inform me they had yet to schedule delivery. 1 Week later they finally confirmed dealership had the check and then were to release car, 4 days later car still not released. I had to send insurance verification 3 times since they couldn't keep up with it and evidently lost it. Had to sign contracts 2x times due to their omitting co-buyer the 1st time, even though they had my financing paperwork right there. The entire ordeal from start to finish was to take 14-21 days including titling, contracts and delivery. According to driveway sales rep via chat. We are 25 days in there has been no communication, no delivery no car. My 1st car payment is due 1 Sept 2026, and I haven't even seen the car in person, let alone driven it They have infinite excuses to delay, delay, and delay. WORST car buying experience EVER!
