Overall working with Zapaka has been a great experience and I appreciate their effort in making things right.I won’t go into details but they have a very rigid return policy that you should know before buying. On the upside, I did find my dress for my son’s wedding and it’s perfect. They have a lot of beautiful dresses that are well made and look just like the picture. I highly recommend Zapaka for their quality and integrity with working with the customer to find a resolution when needed.

I found my dress for my son’s wedding and I was able to work with their customer service team to resolve a problem with returning dresses that didn’t work. They were very kind and straight forward about their return policy. I don’t agree with it but they are committed to it so it must work for them. You will find many beautiful dresses to choose from with Zapaka, but know your measurements and their return policy beforehand. I would definitely purchase from them again.
