Not sure what to make of this
Not sure what to make of this. I brought light brown to cover the greys on my light brown hair. Did two full hair applications and it lifted to Blonde. A bit annoying but it actually looked ok. So I left it until my roots came through and I decided to only apply on my roots. Unfortunately did not take at all. Roots still brown and grey. I reached out on Facebook but my comment was immediately removed. I think that's what annoyed me the most. There is no customer service or help if things aren't right, it's a cover up. Part of me wants to not buy it again but i don't understand what's gone wrong when it worked once already. I'd just love a response from the company
