Strong start until there was a problem …
What started out great has quickly declined. My third shipment (I signed up for a 12 month pre-paid) arrived in a steaming hot cooler with vials hot to the touch. Concerned I reached out immediately and was assured they were fine but if I had concerns down the road they would take care of it. Well 1 vial (4 weeks) in I have regained 6 pounds despite caution with my diet and activity. I have made multiple attempts and requests to get a replacement- they obviously are NOT fine and the effectiveness has been compromised by the excessive temperature. The support team continues to refuse a replacement providing me with the same - they’re tested to remain stable to 104 degrees - um no they aren’t apparently. I have also reached out to the doctor and given the same song and dance. Do not waste your time, money, and health with this company. I have to believe with the many options out there that there are better more client health focused options out there.
