Broken Zipper
I purchased a zip up shapewear bodysuit. When I received it the zipper was busted on it. I contacted the company right away and sent pictures of the broken zipper. The company contacted me right away. They have sent me a new bodysuit free of charge without me having to send back the first one with the broken zipper. I appreciate the promptness in which they took care of this issue. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone in need of shapewear. Also, I did receive my order pretty quickly after placing it. All these things I greatly appreciate.
