Why can't I pay cash at Target? All self service registers were card only and no other registers were open at your Taylorsville Rd store. After standing in line for self service, I asked and was told I had to go to the service desk which had no cashier because she was getting a package for another customer. The line was long. I left and will not be back. When I went online to complain a $5. charge came up to file a complaint!
