I got to work with Melanie Bautista today. She was the most helpful customer service rep.I have had since I joined Eden. I actually left Eden for a few months due to slow customer service responses. I decided to give it a go again and working with Melanie on the issue I had today was easy and pleasant. She is definitely a great team member for your company and should be replicated x1000. I appreciate all her hard work and patience with me while I was frustrated. Definitely a team player for you guys keep her around.
