Poor coverage outside UK cities (and in some) - very often 4G or less and often no coverage. Even in cities, seldom 5G or LTE. Maximum speed was around 2Gb/s. App was easy to use and and setup was simple. (added after reading GigSky's response) Yes, I did all the things you mention in your troubleshooting page, and a few more. My suspicion is that GigSky is a low-tier MVNO, which is why I seldom saw 5G or speeds over 2Mb/s. That was enough for my needs most of the time -- I usually could get some signal but the speeds were sometimes to low to work with, e.g., Google Maps. (FWIW, T-Mobile provides me with free "high-speed" 256Kb/s roaming, which turns out to be useless, even when the signal is strong - presumably because the traffic shaping drops so many packets that TCP can't cope)
