BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE. We have spent over $15,000 with OMTech—a 40W laser, a 60W laser, TWO 80W lasers, and now a Spectra A3+ UV printer. The Spectra arrived defective straight out of the box. The vacuum table/bed grinds horribly, the machine has never been properly operational, and getting competent technical support has been an absolute joke. Apparently selling you the equipment is the priority. Supporting it once they have your money? Good luck. After FOUR lasers and $15,000+ spent, OMTech has permanently lost our business. We will be returning the Spectra, buying our UV printer elsewhere, and every future laser purchase will be from another brand. I used to recommend OMTech. Now I recommend buying from a company that actually stands behind the equipment it sells.
