Motor Issue on Flexispot EN1
I had an issue with the motor on my Flexispot EN1 desk that I'd purchased off Facebook Marketplace. I was initially worried that Flexispot would not be able to help me out as I was not the first owner. After obtaining the order number of the desk from the previous owner, Flexispot was able to help me resolve my issue. They were very responsive and promptly sent out another frame which I received within a few days. Thank you for your assistance, Flexispot!
