Futelle’s clothing quality BAD…
Terri Booth review. Futelle’s clothing quality is atrocious and so is there return policy. The clothing is poorly designed with absolutely no structure at all. First thing the dress was nothing like displayed on the website. I contacted them regarding this and they are still showing false advertisement. I contacted the service department they made no concern about the product or trying to make it right. They also told me that I would need to send that horrible product back to China warehouse and they are not responsible if I sent it to the incorrect address. How could I send it to an incorrect address that they provided??? This is absolutely ridiculous! I encourage all shoppers to avoid this company at all costs. I would head to Walmart rather than buy from Futelle. I would not be caught dead on any cruise ship or vacation wearing their garments. I wish that Trust Pilot would allow photos of items purchased. This company needs to be shut down. I will continue to post until they are honest with their customers.
