Amazing customer service, thanks Finnian
Got great seats for great value and was gutted when our flight got cancelled which meant we would miss our show. Finnian, from the customer service/experience team, was super quick and helpful at finding a solution for our problem! Although not the outcome we expected, I’m very pleased with the quality of the service!
