If I could give ZERO stars I would. This was the "trusted" florist site recommended by the Funeral Home. I ordered a day before the funeral and received a confirmation email. The day of the funeral, AFTER it already started, I received a generic apology that they couldn't fulfill my request. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
