My parcel is no where and i be just like a fool chasing here and there
My parcel has been completely stuck and not moving at Ninja Van Malaysia for days. When I tried to escalate this via Ninja Van Singapore's live chat, the customer service was utterly useless and dismissive. Complete lack of coordination between regional teams and zero willingness to help. With this level of terrible service and automated, unhelpful support, I would not be surprised if this company goes out of business soon. Avoid them at all costs.
