Had hearing aid issues, and Maria from Customer Support at Nebroo had me try several things to rectify my problem. None of them helped, and she actually offered to replace the defective ones and send me a new set. She is very caring and very knowledgeable and eager to assist. She also gave me her direct number for further assistance if necessary. I wish the whole world was like this. I actually feel validated.
