Boingo Service Complaint I’ve been having constant connection issues with Boingo. My device shows that I’m still connected to the Wi-Fi, but while playing online games, I repeatedly get disconnected and the game tells me that I have no internet connection. This is especially frustrating because Boingo shows that I’m connected, yet the connection clearly isn’t stable enough to maintain an online game. I’ve tried reconnecting to the network and troubleshooting on my end, but the problem continues. Boingo needs to address the actual connection quality, including packet loss, latency spikes, and brief connection drops, rather than simply showing that my device is connected to Wi-Fi. A connection that constantly drops during online gaming is not reliable service. I hope Boingo takes this issue seriously and provides a solution instead of simply telling customers that they are “connected.”
