Repair Reimbursement Made Right
Getting the chair repaired and reimbursed was not a fun process. It took 8 months and a lot of documentation from me. However, the customer service agent who eventually resolved the issue did remain calm and professional when I was obviously frustrated. They also quickly processed everything even when I was not very cooperative nearing the end of the process.
