Paid just below R800 for my device
Paid just below R800 for my device. Warranty was 10 days… how can a device of that amount have a 10 day warranty. After 2 months the device started doing funny so I reached out to them to see if I can get it fixed. Nothing. Nada they ghosted me and I lost that R800 that I truly could’ve used on a different brand and they have really lost me as a customer for ignoring my concerns.
