I ordered three pairs of trousers
I ordered three pairs of trousers. It stated the material was 100% cotton. Sadly they were poly-cotton which I cannot wear. The returns process is very tricky and expensive and I still haven’t received my refund. I returned them on 23rd July!!! I have been advised to contact Trading Standards. This was my special summer purchase and I’m now out of pocket by £68.92 with nothing to show for it Order number #UKBS85205 IT IS NOW THE 3rd SEPTEMBER AND STILL NO REFUND!
