World class customer service!
I have to say I am super impressed with the customer service at hexclad. I bought a 7-pc set at Costco which are working great for me, I make everything in them. However, I’ve had issues with my 8” and 10” pans from the start where they heat up super fast and burn whatever is in the pan. I’ve tried treating the pans as suggested on the hexclad website, but nothing worked. When I make an omelette or scrambled eggs in them, they stick to the pan and the pan starts to smell even after washing. When I decided to report this to the warranty team and sent pictures of the damaged pans, the customer service team immediately approved my request and will be sending me two brand new pans. No questions asked. They didn’t try to blame me for misuse of the pans, or not treating them properly before hand, or anything else. Most other companies would do that first before accepting the claim. Now, that is world class customer service if you ask me. Thank you so much Hexclad team!
