BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD!!
I cancelled my subscription after the first shipment, as per their terms. They charge my Amex $399 for the second month. They told me 6 weeks ago that they would refund $361.80, but since then they do not respond. I am submitted a FRAUD complaint with Amex. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Their AI customer service does nothing and letters from them say refund is "coming 7-10 days from now". That was 6 weeks ago.
