My issue with Eden
When I first got started with Eden, a prescriber approved me instantly, told me everything I needed to know about how to do the injections and my first supply of medication arrived just two days after I had been approved. The month went well. When it came time to get a refill, I filled out a Check In form a doctor is supposed to review before they send you on to your second month. The check in was supposed to be reviewed in one to two business days. My Check In report sat there for 5 days. And when I went to speak to someone about it, the prescriber was telling me that it was a Customer Service issue, and Customer Service was telling me it was a prescriber issue. Tomorrow, my next injection is due and I STILL haven’t heard from ANYBODY at Eden. I spent all day yesterday, trying to find another GLP-1 provider. Which luckily, I think I did. I was so disappointed because I was doing well with the medication. Eden “ghosted” me, for lack of a better word. Their communication is terrible. Everything was fine and fast, as they approve you and get you as a customer. But when it comes to something as important as making certain that the patient has their medication on time, they pass you back and forth between customer service and everybody else, before literally, just stopping responding altogether. I would look elsewhere.
