SCAM
I really wanted to try this product. I read the Trustpilot reviews and saw there is a disconnect and apparent misunderstanding when ordering. So I was prepared. I thought. I ordered. Declined the subscription. Then the order would not complete because of some video that was supposed to play with important info. I closed the screen out and lost interest. Soon I received a call from Gretchen, going over my order and chatting me up. Soon enough we got to where I knew the conversation was going. I didn’t order enough of the correct serums and needed to spend more money. I told her to cancel the order. Of course she could not do so, as customer service was closed. We went round and round and finally I hung up. I called customer service this morning and of course my order is being processed and it’s too late to cancel…so the order is being shipped, but I will return it…with the free serums they threw in. Also beware, they will enroll you in a free subscription program for $49 a month. I got that stopped also. I intend to return everything from this company due to their LYING and high pressure sale tactics. However, I will try the product from Amazon…where the product is cheaper and does not have yappy sales people trying to upsell you 10 different serums. Super disappointed in this company and there is NOTHING they can say or do to change my mind. In my opinion, this company is a rip off.
