Quality exceeded expectations!
The quality of your products is amazing! I would give you 5 stars, but the first shipment got lost so it took a very long time for the products to finally get here. Also, please clarify the refund information on your website. It says a refund will be processed immediately. Customer Service first asked to accept a small percentage of the cost of the product, which, of course, was not acceptable. Then they offered to replace the products if I only paid the shipping. Since the error in the original order was mine, I felt that was fair.
