Each experience has been terrible!! Sure getting a same day visit is great… Except that most visits require medication which takes over a week to get!! On top of that the medication prescribed through them that you must purchase for your pup to be well is 5 times the recommended price at an in person vet!! My dog has a recurring rash she gets seasonaly. I was told per the vet on Dutch she could prescribe me medication but by law only 2 weeks worth and I would have to be seen by an in person vet. Waited a week for the meds none showed after payment. I had to contact help to tell them my issue and was told I was refunded due to incorrect quantity. After that they sent me a new prescription costing $232… with 30$ shipping… for 14 pills?!! Don’t waste your time or money people!!
